You can choose either Royal Mail, FedEx Express or DPD Courier Service (where available). For customers within the UK, we offer a free 48hr tracked shipping service with Royal Mail for orders over £75. If an order is over £120 we upgrade this to a free 24hr tracked shipping service with Royal Mail.
Orders made before 12pm will be shipped same day.
Orders made after 12pm Friday will be shipped the following Monday.
For deliveries outside of the UK, you will be liable to pay for any customs and duty charges incurred.
Please note that within the UK any order made for a next day courier service that is received by us after Thursday at 12pm will be sent out on the Friday. As this is a next working day service with FedEx, this will then be delivered on the following Monday. Customers wishing a Saturday service should order on Friday and select this service at the checkout.
Please note that in times of high order numbers we may take a day or two to pack your order before we post it.
In the UK all Royal Mail orders will be sent on the tracked 48hrs service which will take 2 business days to arrive.
Royal Mail is the UK’s national postal service and they are responsible for getting the package to your country; where it is handed over to your local postal service who will provide delivery. You can follow the package using the tracking number provided on your local postal services website once it arrives in country.
For all overseas orders, we use either Royal Mail Airsure or International Signed For, depending on the country. Delivery speeds vary depending on destination, but should take no longer than 5 to 10 business days.
Please note that due to increased Covid 19 safety measures that International Mail services are seeing some delays. Please review your local postal services website for more information.
DPD is a courier service, providing in most cases a faster shipment with more accurate tracking. You can track your package on the website or using the DPD app if you have it installed on your phone, or via text message where available. DPD is available to most European and some International locations. In some cases DPD may contract a courier to deliver a parcel on their behalf, this is usually Aramex.
Fedex an express courier service. Orders where express delivery is selected are sent using Fedex Priority. Almost all global destinations are reached within a 1-5 day transit time. You will receive a tracking e-mail with your shipping number and link to the Fedex tracking website, with options to sign up to e-mail or text notifications on your order’s process. Priority customers are provided with an estimated date of delivery within one hour of your order being collected by Fedex, and you can choose how you wish to receive your delivery.
In the UK, Fedex will deliver any order the next working day. We will require any order to be submitted before 12pm for next working day delivery.
Please note that we recognise all national UK holidays and bank holidays and so orders made on those days or the evenings prior will not be sent until the day we return to work.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 28 days of receipt. You can contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a returns form and details on how to send your item.
Please note, for hygiene reasons we cannot offer refunds on our goods if they have been worn or used for training. This does not affect your statutory rights. Items should wherever possible be returned in their original packaging with any enclosed documentation and a completed Returns Form. It is very important when you return an item that we know the order number to which it relates, your details and whether you want a refund or an exchange. Without these details we won’t be able to take the action you require so please fill in the returns form as much as possible.
We ask you to take reasonable care of the goods you purchase while they are in your possession. This means that: you may inspect and try on the goods for size and fit but tags should not be removed from any item and the original packaging should be retained. Goods should not be soiled, torn or damaged.
